Hey there!

1. Is an adult required to accompany the kids during the party?

Absolutely! If your little ones are under 8, just use the 2 complimentary adult tickets we’ve got for you.​

2. How early can I book my birthday party slot?

We recommend getting in early, like 3-4 weeks in advance, especially because our Party Rooms are very popular.

3. What is the role of the Party Facilitator?

The Party Facilitator is your go-to fun guide! They’ll be with your party for 2 hours, making sure everyone has a blast, helping with celebrations, and guiding the party guests to different activity stations.

4. If some of my guests don’t show up that day, will there be any partial refund?

Nope, no worries! In the event that some guests are unable to attend, no partial refunds will be provided, and your final bill will remain unchanged.

5. Does everyone in my party have to sign the waiver?

Yep, safety first! Everyone needs to sign the waiver. If you’ve got minors below 18, their parent or guardian can sign on their behalf.

6. Is there any guideline on the clothes or footwear to enjoy the park?

Keep it comfy! Wear your favourite casuals, and for activities like Super Climb and Skate & Scoot World, throw on covered shoes. Full grip socks are a must and, good news, they’re included in the party package.

7. May I remove items from the package?

Sure thing! You can customize, but just a heads up, the price of the party package stays the same.

8. Are we allowed to bring in our own food?

Absolutely! Bring your own goodies, cakes, and drinks. Enjoy them in the private Party Room. Just a quick note, we don’t provide cutlery.

9. What if my guests arrive late?

Our party sessions are set, so remind your guests to be on time. Unfortunately, no extra time if they’re fashionably late.

10.When will I need to settle payment in full?

Full payment is due when you confirm your birthday party booking. Easy peasy.​

11. When do I need to give the final details of my party attendees?

A week before the big day, share the deets! We’d love to know the total headcount and their names.

12. What is the cancellation policy?

Life happens! We don’t do refunds, but you can convert the amount paid to store credits valid for 6 months. Or, if plans change, we can help you reschedule the party for a later date.

13. How do I book the unlimited playtime offered under the Super Party Unlimited package?

Once you’ve locked in your party, our awesome Guest Experience team will guide you through the unlimited playtime details. Exciting times ahead!
