BIRTHDAY PARTIES FAQ

1. Is an adult required to accompany the kids during the party?

An Adult is required if the children are below 8 years old. You may utilize the 2 complimentary Adult tickets for this purpose. ​

2. How early can I book my birthday party slot?

Due to popularity of the Party Rooms, we would recommend making the bookings at least 3-4 weeks in advance to minimize disappointment.

3. What is the role of the Party Facilitator?

The Party Facilitator will welcome party guests and will be with the party guests for 2 hours to conduct the play experience, assist with the birthday celebrations as well as to lead them around the park to experience the different activity stations.

4. If some of my guests don’t show up that day, will there be any partial refund?

We are unable to provide any partial refund if the number of guests falls below the confirmed numbers. There will be no changes to the final bill.

5. Does everyone in my party have to sign the waiver?

Yes, everyone must sign the waiver form. Minors below 18 will need a parent/guardian to sign the waiver form on behalf.

6. Is there any guideline on the clothes or footwear to enjoy the park?

Come in comfortable clothing as our park activities require plenty of movement. Kindly note that appropriate covered shoes are required for these two activities – Super Climb and Skate & Scoot World. Please note that SuperPark Full Grip Socks are required for play. Socks are included in the party package for all invited guests/celebrant.

7. May I remove items from the package?

You may choose to do so. However, please note that the price of the party package will remain the same.​

8. Are we allowed to bring in our own food?

Yes, you are permitted to bring your own cake, food and beverages as these are not included in the package. Please consume them inside the private Party Room.Do also take note that cutlery is not provided.

9. What if my guests arrive late?

The party sessions are fixed. We encourage you to remind your guests to arrive promptly at the stipulated time. There will be no extension on party time in the event of late arrivals.​

10.When will I need to settle payment in full?

Full payment is required upon birthday party booking confirmation.​

11. When do I need to give the final details of my party attendees?

Kindly provide us with the final details of your party attendees 1 week before the party hosting date. The list should include the total pax and their names.

12. What is the cancellation policy?

DreamUs group does not offers refunds. We will be able to convert the amount paid to store credits that will be valid for 6 months or reschedule your party to a later date. 

13. How do I book the unlimited playtime offered under the Super Party Unlimited package?

Our Guest Experience team will assist after you have confirmed your party booking.
